1. Keep it simple. You should keep your ingredients, tools and processes at minimal. You need a few good ingredients, spices and lot’s of love.
2. I love every plant in my kitchen!!! Welcome vegetables, spices, nuts, good whole grains, legumes and plenty of fruits.
3. Desert is best when it is low in sugar and gluten.
