Whole food rules
1. Keep it simple. No long list of ingredients and difficult processes with lot of tools.
2. Use lot of vegetables, fruits, spices, good whole grains, legumes, nuts in your kitchen.
3. Dessert is best when it is low in processed sugar and gluten. Like fruits:)))
4. Sit down and eat mindfully with gratitude!
5. Drink lots of water and herbal tea!
6. Enjoy your life, enjoy cooking!
